W.A.V.E.S. is the name that I have given to an innovative platform seemingly created to fit in with my lifestyle. W.A.V.E.S. is an acronym that stands for Wu-Wei Asynchronous Video Email System. The name broken down; firstly Wu-Wei. This comes from Taoism and refers to their principle of ‘not-doing’. In this sense, I use this system when I am ‘not doing’ my day job ; ). Asynchronous refers to the fact that users of this platform can leave a message or a question in text, audio or video format and I can respond using the preferred media. Video Email System is self explanatory.
